Package Policies

All packages purchased must be used within 60 days from the date of purchase. If there has been any major changes in your health (that is now a contradiction in receiving the hydration therapy) in between each appointment that was purchased in the package, it is the clients responsibility to inform the staff during the intake process. All packages are non-refundable. However, If the client has veins that are hard to poke on the date of the service, the appointment can be rescheduled for another date and time.
